S2417DG, horizontal lines, flicker, pixel inversion

So I bought my S2417DG about 2 1/2 years ago (March 19, 2018) and today the image has started creating artefacts. It started with white lines flickering on the right side of the screen. Now, there are permanent horizontal lines and it looks like some pixels are missing, cutting some of the image. It has progressively been getting worse and I'm afraid this is permanent.

I've run it in diagnostic mode, factory reset and disconnected the display port cable and the lines are still there so it's nothing to do with the cable or graphics card. I'm running it at Fast response time with GSYNC and overclocked at 165hz. I've disabled Fast Mode, the Overclock and turned down the brightness but the lines are still there. When I'm running a game it'll go away for a while then just come back even worse.

I'm running a GTX 1080 on Windows 10. As stated, it's connected through a Display Port.

I bought it from Amazon and it is still within it's warranty until March 2021. Hopefully I can get this issue resolved without having to replace it. Thanks.
