Have you entered the Menu OSD -Others and Factory Reset, then retested? Note, Smart HDR should be turned off if you are not viewing HDR content.

yup i did replied everything to dell support team now i am not getting any response from them they took my address and phone no for replacement and its been days nothing happened
i don't know what to do now
