S2422HG, OSD menu keeps popping up
I have a Dell S2422HG Gaming Monitor, had it just under a year and recently(within last month or so) the ODS has begun popping up randomly on screen and just changing settings all on it's own. As I type this message it is currently hopping between preset modes. I have attempted restoring factory settings, checked that none of the buttons are stuck or sticky, and even changed connection method (from DP to HDMI), but nothing seems to solve the issue. It is NOT currently under warranty to my knowledge.

I realize this is moot. But you do not need to remove the stand. As the online S2422HG User's Guide shows on page 43, you can also get the Service Tag from the OSD Menu- Others.

I have done this now and gotten a robot repeating the same questions over and over again. It has not been of assistance. I would love it if an ACTUAL service representative could message me instead.

Per Dell policy, Dell must receive the private Service Tag or Express Service Code or Order Number to check the warranty status before an agent is assigned to your case. Reply to one of those private message with the data.

I'm using the computer to hold this convo. You want me to also take the monitor off it's stand to find some little code to tell me that my warranty is up? I already know that it's not under warranty, again, it's over a year since purchase.
