USB-C not working. Will work with HDMI. Tried two USB-C cables and nothing changed. Monitor worthless for video calls less than 1.5 years after purchase.
Shipped on November 21, 2021. But you only purchased a 1 year warranty that expired on November 29, 2022.
You should only be testing using the originally supplied S2422HZ FF1M3 1.8m/5.9ft USB-C to USB-C cable.
* Turn the PC off * Turn the S2422HZ off * Disconnect all S2422HZ cabling from the PC * Disconnect every cable (power, HDMI, DP, USB-C, USB-A) from the S2422HZ * Press and hold in the S2422HZ power button for 8 seconds * Reconnect only the power cable and USB-C to USB-C cable, then retest
