S2716DG, G-Sync, horizontal lines, #7

Intermittent horizontal lines on Dell S2716DG G-Sync monitor. Tested with two computers different cables (DP & HDMI), no cables attached and not connected to graphic card. Done BID testing, lines showing. Powered off for more than 24 hours no change, lines still there.

I have purchased monitor in 2016, checking service tag the 3 year warranty expired in June of 2019. Quite disappointed as it was quite expensive Dell Gaming monitor and was hoping Dell renowned build quality will last. Don't think 5 years is asking to much for monitor to last before developing faults. Anyway, apart from buying new monitor any other suggestions/advice, is this maybe known issue on G-Sync monitors or Dell S2716DG?
