PC, Z170X, GTX 980 Ti, DP port. 

S2716DG does not power on. Power button not responding to button presses. Power button just constantly emits static white light upon power source turned on. No display, no backlight, no usual message of input detection or sleep mode. Tried unplugging power cord and holding long press on S2716DG power button multiple times. Did not change anything upon power source made available again on several attempts. Please advice. All other components seem fine, CPU and keyboard booted with usual codes and lights.
