S2719DGF, ghosting and/or crosstalk while gaming

I recently bought one of these monitors a week ago but the current issue I have is with a lot of ghosting while playing games. Whenever I move my mouse, the picture looks like this https://imgur.com/a/rKtbGN2 I have already tried lowering and raising the response time with no effect and I've tried capping the FPS and lowering the Refresh rate. Anybody have a solution?

To receive assistance from Dell support agents, click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Share the private Dell PC Monitor Service Tag with them.

* What is the non-private 20 digit serial number? That will tell me when it was built
* Is that picture your S2719DGF? If not, upload a picture of your S2719DGF
* What PC model?
* What PC video card/GPU?
* Did you test all of the available PC video card/GPU video out ports?
* Did you test all of the S2719DGF video in ports (HDMI 1.4, HDMI 2.0, DP 1.2) ?
* What operating system?

Click the DELL-Cares username. On the right, click, "Send this user a private message". Provide to them the private Service Tag.

Does the rear label state March 2022? From who did you purchase this S2719DGF?

The back tag does say March 2022.

I ordered from the Dell website https://www.dell.com/en-us/search/dell%2027%20gaming%20monitor%20-%20s2721dgf
