S2719HS, USB Ports keep disconnecting
Hey folks.
I got a problem with my newly bought S2719HS monitor, more explicitly the integrated USB ports.
The monitor is hooked up via DP to an Alienware 15 R4, the USB ports are connected via the USB cable included in the box with the monitor.
I've hooked up peripherals to the monitor via USB (mouse & keyboard) that keep randomly disconnecting every few seconds.
Power management for the USB root hubs in Windows 10 are set so they won't shut down USB power as is power options.
I've switched peripherals a couple of times to see if they're faulty but whatever I'm connecting to the monitors USB ports it keeps randomly disconnecting. When the peripherals are connected to the laptop directly they work as intended.
Is there a solution for this or is my monitor faulty?
Anybody else have these problems?
Thanks.

* Click my DELL-username and send me via private message the following information =
- S2719HS service tag number
- S2719HS 20 digit serial number
- Your full name, shipping address, phone, email address
- If this S2719HS was NOT purchased directly from Dell by you, you have to fill out the Ownership Transfer form
* When the S2719HS USB 3.0 upstream cable is connected to a PC USB port, the S2719HS Menu does not offer any USB controls. That control is from the PC
* Does this issue occur when the Alienware 15 R4 external AC power is connected?
* Does this issue occur when testing the S2719HS and its USB 3.0 upstream cable on a different PC?
