S3220DGF, AMD FreeSync on, brightness changes/flickering, #9

Hi,

It's kinda annoying but the original post is locked. I have the exact same issue and it's pretty shame for such great product (there should be a warning sign on the box for epileptics). Funny part is, despite many users called it normal for FreeSync monitors. I have currently S3220DGF sitting next to Benq EX3203R which doesn't suffer by this horrible issue, not a single trace of flicker (well Benq claims it's "FlickerFree"). It has other issues though .
And I have a theory, S3220DGF uses blinking backlight to reduce ghosting (which is quite terrible in EX3203R's image). In other words, that's the reason Dell just doesn't care about those who complain about flickering.
