S3422DWG, Joystick not working
Hello,
I had the same problem that this person had with their S3422DWG but mine adds the fact that the joystick of my S3422DWG isn't working at all and I can't access the menu. I tried turning on and off the screen and even my computer but nothing's working. What can I do?

To receive assistance from Dell Chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live private chat session. Provide to them the private S3422DWG Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.
Disconnect every cable (including power cable) from the S3422DWG. Press the S3422DWG power button for 8 seconds. Reconnect only the power cable and one video cable to the S3422DWG and PC. Then retest.
