S3423DWC, not able to use AMD FreeSync?
There is absolutely no way to enable AMD FreeSync on this S3423DWC? There is no option in the S3423DWC Menu OSD (like on other Dell monitors) and the option doesn't show in nether Nvidia or AMD control panels in Windows. I've tried on a Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti and AMD RX6600. The S3423DWC is on it's latest firmware version. Either your statement that it supports AMD FreeSync is false or you didn't include that functionality in the firmware. Both are equally shameful for a company like Dell.

This AMD FreeSync monitor is not Nvidia G-Sync compatible.
Assuming that you have downloaded and installed the latest AMD drivers?
When connected to the AMD RX 6600 =
* Right click on the Desktop and select the AMD Radeon Software
* Click on the Gear icon then select Display
* Post a picture of what is shown there
