SE2416H, very wobbly cable

Hi,

I bought this SE2416H 8 months/15 days ago on March 25, 2020. I'm really annoyed as the cable is very loose and keeps turning on and off constantly. It's disrupting my work all day. is there anything that can be done to fix this issue?
