You did not state that you did the "power cable/power button reset"?

* Disconnect all cabling from the SE2717H (including the power cable)
* Press and hold in the power button for 10 seconds
* Reconnect only the power cable to the SE2717H
* Run the stand alone Built-in Diagnostics, page 40
* If the lines appear while running the test, the monitor is faulty

Hi Chris M,

Sorry I didn't mention that, I did disconnect all cabling, including power, pressed and held in the power button for 10 seconds, then reconnected the power cable (I saw this on another board).

I did the stand alone Built-in Diagnostics as well (also saw on another board while searching for my issue).

The lines did appear during the built-in diagnostics, I could see them clearly.

Since this narrows down to a faulty monitor, what are my options? I bought it around end of 2016/beginning of 2017.

Hi Chris M,

 

I am checking the warranties on SE2717H - and it says 3yrs, but mine (not even 2 years) it says expired, why is that?
