SE2717H, standby, horizontal lines
Hello there,
I'm having an issue with my SE2717H as when returning from standby (for example when turning on the computer) when changing from POST resolution to windows desktop resolution, there appear an effect on the monitor which can be seen in the video below:
Upon shutting down the monitor from the button and starting it up again or even changing the refresh rate in monitor settings, all is fine.
Ive tried self test of the monitor, 3 different computers (one laptop running on battery, with AC connected and 2 selfbuild computers, one of them running a GTX 760 and the other an RX 480 with and without line stabilizer)
* What is the 20 digit alpha-numeric monitor serial number and A0x revision?
CN-0K9V8V-64180-68T-0CRB
* To what computer model is the monitor attached? 3 different ones
* What video card/GPU is in the computer? inthel hd graphics, GTX 760 and an RX480
* What video out ports are on the video card/GPU or computer? hdmi
* List all monitor cabling attached to the computer and the ports they are using hdmi
* What Windows power plan? Example = High performance, PCI-e Link State Off High performance
* Press the monitor Menu button to open the monitor OSD (On Screen Display). The bottom of that screen should show a resolution. What is listed? 1920x1080 tried with 59, 60 and 75 refresh rates
* Was the monitor purchased directly from Dell or some reseller? reseller
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks

Hi silviusan,
I would suggest you to check if the issue reoccurs on a different monitor.
Also, private message us the system service tag along with registered owner's name and email address so that I could check and assist you further. To send a private message, click on my name and select ‘Send private message’.
