Soundbar power?
I recently purchased a ST2410 Dell monitor and I wanted some small speakers also. Dell recomended an AX510PA1 sound bar, my buddy has one and it sounded quite nice for it's size so I ordered that with my new monitor. There's 2 wires attached to it, one for the sound input and one for the power input. I hooked the sound wire up but cannot find anywhere on my monitor to plug the power wire into. Am i missing something? This soundbar will not function until I figure out how to get power to it.

Ok, I'll have to double check the packaging, the sound bar came in a little brown box just big enough for the bar itself. Maybe the adapter was in the monitor box. Thanks for your reply

No, that monitor does not have the Sound Bar Power jack. That is why you got the AX510PA Sound Bar with Power Adapter. So you could plug the power adapter into a wall jack.

The invoice should have a part number by the Sound Bar. What is it?

I recently purchased an AX510PA however the item shipped without the Power Adapter and customer service reps are telling me it's not suppose to be included. I specifically selected the AX510PA rather than the AX510 because my monitor (E228WFP) does not have a power pass through connection. Is the AX510PA the correct soundbar for my monitor, and if so how is suppose to be installed without a power adapter ?

They are incorrect. Re-contact Order Support for your country. Point them to this post which has a link to the AX510PA which shows under Highlights, "Includes power adapter". They should send you another one.
