SP2008WFP and Webcam, #2
Hoping I can still get a response referencing this older thread. I have these monitors with the built in cams. I didn't realize when I received them that the drivers were not installed. I never tried to use them until now when we are all working remotely thanks to the virus. I have the software DELL Webcam Manager installed but its saying I do not have the drivers? I downloaded the links in this but they did not work. Where can I find the driver software for these built in webcams? Note I am still on Windows 7. I am also wondering if I upgrade to Windows 10 will this fix my issue of my built in webcam not working?

First, in addition to the video cable, is the USB upstream cable connected from the SP2008WFP to a USB port on the Windows 7 PC?
Second, since we only offered a driver (inf/icm/cat) for Windows XP/ Vista, I am not sure if you can install it using Windows 7 compatibility mode? Give it a shot.
