The monitor USB uplink cable should not be plugged into the PC front USB ports. Try it in all four of the rear USB ports.

Hi Chris,
The USB port is plugged in the back of my PC. I tried all four ports and none of them worked -- and I know they all work because I tried my keyboard and mouse in the ports to make sure.
I appreciate the help!
Sincerely,
Kendall

Disconnect/reconnect the other end of the monitor USB uplink cable into the bottom of the monitor to make sure it seats fully.
