My monitor is too bright, how do I adjust the colors or tones ?

My monitor is too bright, how do I adjust the colors or tones ?

Press any of the buttons bottom right above the on/off switch to pull up menu, then select Brightness/Contrast and adjust. In the menu option, there's an auto adjust setting that you may want to turn off to get setting spot on for you. Color is in menu option too.

Very helpful. I took care of it and it looks much better to me.
