ST2410, screen goes black
I am having an issue with connecting my Dell external monitor (ST2410) to my Windows 10 and 11 Dell laptop. My monitor blinks for a second and screen goes black. I have power to the monitor. The monitor is connected with VGA cable, which I tried replace with extra cable but same issue. I tried with updating the driver, and also worked with power settings (per few online research) but same issue. I tried looking to update display driver online but I could not locate any drivers for Windows 10 and 11. Any suggestions?

What is the 20 digit serial number on the rear of that ST2410?
The 2010 released ST2410 was only validated by Dell with the Windows operating system released at the time of sale = Windows Vista/7/8. This is shown on the online ST2410 drivers page. Windows 10 and 11 should provide a generic PNP driver.
Does the disconnected from all video cabling Built-in Diagnostics pass or fail?
