U2413, calibration hardware and DUCCS query

I have a fairly old U2413 that desperately requires recalibration so I intend to buy an X-Rite i1D Pro Plus, but it seems that the latest version of DUCCS doesn't support this older screen.

What would be the best way to get this screen calibrated? It's hardly been turned on the past five or six years and looks great in general use, but it's clear that there's been enough white point drift that the colour space presets are off.

What about DisplayCAL? I'm guessing it can't access the screen's hardware LUT?

Any advice would be very welcome.
