U2413, driver error
Device DISPLAY\DELF047\4&cee03e6&0&UID50725632 requires further installation. How to resolve this message in my Device Manager Driver event? The issue with the U2413 is that start up is intermittent. The most successful start up will occur when I start the PC with the DVI plug remove and then start the PC with the plug reinserted! Desktop PC OS Windows 10 Data port DVI.

I can't add anymore to this issue above.
However, when I do manage to get it turn on its as good as new for hours.
This is the main reason I am reluctant to recycle and it given the fact that it has had little use.
Any suggestions welcome ?

Thanks for your response. I gave up in the end and asked my local PC company to investigate.
They were able to confirm the fault is with the Monitor.
However, when I am able to switch it on it works perfectly as of now.
The main issue is the initial start up hence my other post today.
I would be grateful for any other suggestions you may have?

It is intermittently failing on a hardware level. Replace it.
