U2414H, error after restart pc

Question

I have a problem with the flickering monitor. I had done the troubleshooting and still respond the same on the display. It all happen when i just restart my PC. Can anyone know what is the problem? How can I fix it?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Since this U2414H does not have a service tag number, we must rely on the provided 20 digit serial number. This U2414H was built on April 17, 2015. The three warranty then expired on April 17, 2018.

Dell does not repair monitors, sell monitor internal components, or have monitor disassembly documentation.

Once outside of the purchased warranty period, you would have to seek a local Monitor/TV repair center to see if they can disassemble the monitor and diagnose the defective internal component. Then look for the internal component on 3rd party sites. Note, the cost of diagnosis and repair might outweigh the current used market value of the monitor.

Nope. I have no clue what to do next and I don't know where else to go to fix the monitor as I mention in the private massage asking for any authorize repair center for dell. I'm so disappointed with the service from dell which give me a link to follow up and end up with broken page. Private massage keep asking me to provide service tag that I already mention series monitor year 2015 for so many time. Please improve the service on OUT WARRANTY section and please update your technical team on product knowledge. My U2414hb well be on sale for spare part item.
