* What specific make/model HDMI cable are you using?
* Press the monitor Menu button to bring up the OSD (On Screen Display)
* Go to Other Settings
* Go to Factory Reset
* Choose Reset All Settings
* Retest both HDMI ports on the bottom of the monitor

None of that helps, I suspect the graphics card. I'm sorry you locked the E-mail technical support thread, that's more of a problem. The monitor does not have a "Service Tag" but you can't get email tech support without a "Service Tag".

Correct. To use email support you must have a service tag number. Since you do not, you must call into order support, 8006249897. Press 0 to get someone. Then you would provide all the data below if you ever needed a monitor exchange.

Save the invoice from the reseller or store. Based on the purchase date on that invoice, we will warranty the monitor for 3 years from your purchase date. If you ever need a monitor replacement, you will need to contact Customer Service (not Technical Support) for your country. You will provide to them via email or fax a picture or PDF of the original invoice showing us the purchase date, and your information. If you lose the original invoice, we will not warranty the monitor. So you would provide the following data to the Customer Service representative if you ever need a monitor replacement:
