U2415, does not turn on after cleaning

Hi all,

My U2415 doesn't turn on after I clean and wipe the screen. But after waiting a few hours later I am able to turn it right back on and it works fine. This happened twice now and it's very strange. Anyone know why?

I used "Screen Mom" which is a top seller on Amazon.
