Hello, I'm new here and just bought a U2419H. I have exactly same problem (different monitor model) with yours and this is my second one, the first one was returned due to this problem
* For my Dell internal notes, click my name and private message me the U2419H service tag number and 20 digit serial number
* What operating system? * What PC model? - If a Desktop PC, what video card? What video out ports are on the video card? - If a Laptop PC, what video out ports are on the Laptop? * Show in detail how the U2419H is connected to the PC using all ports and cabling. Example = PC GTX 1080 DP out port --> U2419H DP to DP cable --> U2419H DP in port PC USB port --> U2419H USB upstream cable --> U2419H USB upstream port
* Go into the U2419H Menu- Others and Factory Reset * Do you see the issue when running the disconnected from PC Built-in Diagnostics (page 46)?
* What operating system? - Win 10 64bit. * What PC model? - A desktop with 1050ti. * Show in detail how the U2419H is connected to the PC: I have tested with both DP outport and HDMI, same issue. * Do you see the issue when running the disconnected from PC Built-in Diagnostics (page 46)? - I have not test it yet but as mentioned, the issue only occurs when there is moving pictures/movies/games.
I am not convinced that that this monitor is defective. The recording was very close to the panel. All of our visual inspection is done 36" from the panel. You are welcome to ask an exchange and test it before sending any monitor back to Dell.
Well thanks for the check, I did contact the retail store and going to return the monitor. I'm thinking to get another model like U2518D. Out of topic but is there any infor about release date of U2519? Thanks in advance.

So you are testing the supplied DP to DP cable and a retail HDMI to HDMI cable. Then you need to post video showing us the issue as it happens.

Hello,
It's really hard to record but as you required I managed to upload short video of it.

0:16 showing clearly the issue.
