U2419HC, Intel NUC, USB Type-C not working
Would appreciate any suggestions on a setting or drive update or software update that could resolve this issue. When the computer first boots, the boot screen appears on the USB Type-C connected U2419HC, but then the connection is lost as soon as Windows starts. The U2419HC works fine via a DP connection and using DP MST. Some of the computer specs are below.
- Intel NUC NUC8i7HNK
- Windows 10 (64-bit)
- Graphics Chipset: Radeon RX Vega M GL Graphics
- Intel Core i7-8705G CPU 3.10GHz
All windows updates are installed. All updates from the "Intel Driver and Support Assistant" are installed. Dell Display Manager is installed.

Dell has not tested/validated our monitors on the Intel NUC.
Only the older UP3216Q is on their validated monitor list.
The U2419HC port and cable are USB Type-C/DP 1.4. The Intel NUC NUC8i7HNK is true Thunderbolt 3. I think you need to test a true Thunderbolt 3 to USB Type-C cable.
