U2421HE, USB-C connection lost mid-use
I have a brand new Dell U2421HE purchased last week and have been enjoying connecting my laptops on it occasionally. I use the USB-C to USB-C connection for both my MacBook Pro (15", 2017 model) and Dell Latitude 5400 and they worked perfectly fine with the U2421HE until today. While I was using the monitor (connected to the MacBook Pro), it just lost connection mid-use. The screen started displaying "no USB Type-C signal from your device". I thought there might just be an issue with the MacBook so I tried connecting the Dell Latitude 5400 to the monitor and the same thing happened. I also tried using my MacBook's Thunderbolt wire, and the same thing happens--the computers charge, but the display don't reflect on the monitor.
