U2424H, LCD separating from bezel
Good evening dell tech support team, hope this message finds you well. I received my order (UltraSharp Monitor U2424H) and noticed that some part of the LCD aren't connect well to the frame (middle top and right part bottom). And another thing, lighting on the left corner of the screen. Could you please advise me is it technical issue with monitor and what shall I do in this case? I attach photos to illustrate issues that I described above =

To receive assistance from Dell support agents they need to first verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private monitor Service Tag and 20 digit serial number with them.
The backlight passes our monitor manufacturer specifications.
