U2711, Dell Outlet, Dark spot in monitor (dust?)
I just ordered this monitor through the dell outlet about 7 days ago. I just got my PC now so I didnt have time to fully inspect it. Anyways I have this smudge inside the screen and its really aggravating me. I tried to input my information but nothing shows up in the system at all... no warranty information or anything
right above the "c" and its incredibly hard to unsee now

The U2711 came out in February 2010. One blemish for a used 3 year old monitor is pretty good. This U2711 could have had multiple owners which is why the service tag does not show any warranty on the website. Your Dell Outlet purchase has a 90 day warranty starting from the order date. That appears to be a dark dot pixel defect. You would need to see 6 or more to justify a replacement monitor.
