U2713H, Windows 10, DUCCS 1.5.8 problem?
Hi,
I understand that there are no offered drivers or support for Windows 10 for this monitor. But, DUCCS 1.58 (RNMR2) for hardware calibration on the U2713H driver page says it is supported in Windows 10. Also, is there an alternative software to calibrate the monitor with the X-Rite i1Display Pro?

I have installed DUCCS 1.5.8 that I found to works on Windows 10, but the screen not detected?

Because the U2713H purchased 3 year warranty expired in August 2016, I can only offer this single guidance. Other U2713H owners will need to assist you going forward.
Based on your picture, DUCCS 1.5.8 is in DEMO mode. The DUCCS DEMO mode message means that the colorimeter is not "sensing" the monitor.
* Plug the monitor USB upstream cable into the monitor USB upstream port, the other end plugs into the PC USB port
* Test the colorimeter on every PC USB port
* Test the colorimeter on all of the monitor USB downstream ports

The cable it's always plugged
* Test the colorimeter on every PC USB port
* Test the colorimeter on all of the monitor USB downstream ports
I plug the x-rite usb cable in all my pc usb ports and also in all monitor ports, windows "see" the colorimeter but DUCS no.
in the past they only managed once to calibrate the monitor through the x-rite colorimeter but now after a new windows fresh installation i can't.
