U2713HM, stuck on test patterns
I turned on my U2713HM today and it won't stop progressing through what look to be test patterns. It displays full screen green, red, blue, gray, and black-to-gray gradient. After a few minutes the screen goes black and touching any button begins the patterns again. I've tried hard resetting by unplugging the cables and holding down the power button for over a minute. I can't get the OSD to appear at all. My MacBook Pro doesn't recognize it as a display. Is this monitor dead? It worked great last time I used it a few months ago.

For my notes, click my name and private message me the monitor service tag number and 20 digit serial number.
This means that the Burn-In Mode has been turned on in the internal FSM (Factory Service Menu). Were you in the FSM?
* Turn the monitor off
* Press and hold in the top two buttons in (Preset Modes, Brightness/Contrast) and then press the Power button. Then release all three buttons at the same time
* Press the top button (Preset Modes). The FSM should appear
* Scroll down to Burn-In Mode and set it Off
** Do not change anything else. Doing so could break the monitor and would void any purchased warranty
* Then go to Exit
