U2717D, daisy chain flickering
I'm having a problem with two U2717D monitors. Using GeForce 1050 Ti card (compliant with DisplayPort 1.4). When MST is on and the U2717D are daisy chained, I am seeing flickering or ghost bars on screen. As far as I could check I am using cables that are 1.2-1.3 compliant. Already verified about 5 cables. What should I do more to make it work?

If the seller gave you any warranty on these 5 year old monitors, might be wise to ask for a refund and get newer monitors. Or just not use DP MST daisy chain and keep them.
The U2717D DP are 1.2. So your current cables should be fine.

* Both out of warranty, correct? What are both of the U2717D non-private 20 digit serial numbers? That will tell us the build dates
* Have you entered both U2717D Menu- Others and Factory Reset them?
* Each U2717D has video in ports HDMI/DP/mDP. Test without MST with each U2717D connected to different GeForce 1050 Ti video out ports. Any flickering?

Out of dell's waranty - correct. I have bought them about week ago, as used with warranty, and can request exchange.
Yes, both monitors were factory reset. No flickerring when they are connected by separate cable (no matter if DP or HDMI) - even to the same video card.
If there is no video activity it works fine with MST. It starts flickering e.g. when watching movie.
I have been using u2415 daisy chained with this setup - without problems.

AFAIK - this monitor is DP 1.2 compilant. I can buy 1.4 cables if that helps. But - will it help?
