U2722DE dual, three computers, one keyboard/mouse?

Hi wanted to ask if its possible to make following setup using two U2722DE monitors (planning to buy the monitors for this purpose):

Hardware:

2x: U2722DE 

1x Desktop + 2x laptop (both laptops with HDMI and USB-C)

Setup like this:

- Desktop connected to both U2722DE

- laptop 1 to connected to U2722DE #1, and laptop 2 connected to U2722DE #2

Is it possible to navigate on all devices desktop + laptops on those two U2722DE and switch between them using the same keyboard and mouse? If its possible can someone advise on connections as I am a bit confused.
