U2723QE, Speakerphone SP3022, Mac Studio issues
Having issues using my new speaker. It seems to work fine but when I open Microsoft Teams the speaker stops working, sound preferences freezes up. Is there a way to make this work seamlessly with my Mac Studio?

According to all of the online documentation, there is no macOS support. Hopefully other macOS users can reply with their macOS troubleshooting.
The Dell Speakerphone SP3022 sales site states =
The Dell Speakerphone SP3022 drivers page only shows Windows OS firmware and Dell Peripheral Manager software.
The Dell Speakerphone SP3022 User's Guide only discusses Windows 10/11.
