U3014, DDM 2.1.1.36 does not work

Hi there,

I have installed Windows 11 Pro on my XPS 8930 computer with a Dell U3014 monitor. I installed Dell Display Manager Ver 2.1.1.36 which appears to be the latest version for Windows 11. When I try to use, I get an error message that I have to use this software with a compatible Dell Monitor. I have looked up Dell compatible monitors and the Dell U3014 monitor is supported.

My configuration is:

Dell XPS 8930 computer

Dell U3014 monitor

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

DisplayPort video cable

What is the problem here? I have used the same Dell monitor on two other Dell systems for over 10 years with no problem. I have installed the Dell display manager software, rebooted, remove, reinstalled, rebooted several times. 

All cables are good and are well seated.
