U3219Q, MST, support MacBook Pro 16"
I want to buy two U3219Q monitors and plug them to MacBook Pro 16”. I would like to use one USB Type-C cable to plug MacBook Pro to first U3219Q and use 90W charging. Then a DP cable to connect the second U3219Q to first one. The U3219Q has DP1.4 and supports 1.2 where MST is possible. Will this setup work? If no, what monitor will support power delivery, around 80W, USB-C and MST? Only 4k.

Dell did not test/validate the U3219Q on Apple.
The U3219Q driver page does not show any Apple OS drivers. It only shows Windows OS drivers.
The U3219Q User's Guide never mentions Apple. It mentions Windows 11 times.
MST is also never mentioned in the User's Guide and physically not supported. The U3219Q does not have a DP out port which is required for MST. The U3219Q has a DP in port.
You would be best suited to start a new thread on the Apple Forum asking Apple users which two Dell monitors with DP out port work on Apple OS in MST.

On manual page it says it has DP1.4; 1.2 compatibility. 1.2 supports MST, so my question is valid. Also, could you recommend some Dell 4k displays that has MST? I'm sure they will work with macOS, as MST is part of 1.2 DP standard.

I can only state the facts about the proposed U3219Q and the non-supported Apple. All Apple users should read the sticky at the top of this Monitors Forum.
Although never tested with Apple, the newest 4K UP2720Q utilizes TB3 out port MST daisy chain to a second UP2720Q TB3 in port.
Although never tested with Apple, the older 4K P2415Q utilizes DP out port MST daisy chain to a second P2415Q DP in port.
