U3219Q, new, poor contrast
I purchased a new U3219Q last week, and the screen is really washed out w/ poor contrast. Moving the contrast slider feels more like changing the brightness. Maxing it out makes it a bit brighter (but not really w/ more contrast), and reducing contrast seems to just make the entire screen more dim (rather than making the darks lighter and the bright areas dimmer). With Max contrast and 35% brightness, the blacks are still showing up as a dark grey.
I get the same behavior w/ both usb-c and Display Port inputs on two different computers.
Is there a way to configure the black levels or anything? Compared to my XPS screen (1500:1 ratio), the 1300:1 ratio doesn't seem to reflect reality.

Move to Custom color, all factory reset, contrast at factory value, RGB gains for white point at 100 (should be factory values), lower brightness till your wroking conditions, then measure contrast with an i1DisplayPro.
It should be close to nominal value (-100:1).
White point other than native lowers contrast (it is the way whitepoint is correcetd no matter which monitor).
HW CAL may limit contrast with another bite.
