U3223QE, partition screen?

Hi. I have a similar issue. I have my laptop connected to my UltraSharp 32 Monitor (Dell UltraSharp 32 4K USB-C Hub Monitor - U3223QE) via USB-C to USB-C display cable and I cannot see the partition option in the menu? It seems like it only works via DisplayPort. Can someone confirm this? or what can i do to partition my display?
