U3415W - Can USB x always be active?

Hi:

I'm debating using my U3415W to switch between two computers.  I don't need the USB ports switching between computers.  I would always like to have to locked to a specific computer.

Is there a way to do that or will switching monitors cause the USB to switch between computers also?
