U3415W, entering power safe mode after window loading screen

I've just receive the monitor last fri and I'm connecting it to a hd7850 through display port provided. When I startup the pc and the monitor is in power save mode I'm able to view the bios screen at 1st but when the windows loading screen appear the screen will run into power safe mode and I would have to either turn the display power off and on to resume the display or unplug and plug back the display cable. I'm running this with windows 10 64bit and I've installed the drivers from dell support site and it's still having same issue. If the monitor is not in power save mode which mean i start up the pc with turn on the power of the monitor at once it wouldn't have any issue. Please kindly assist. Thank you.

Is this your setup?
AMD Radeon HD7850 DP out --> U3415W DP to mDP cable --> U3415W mDP in

What other ports are the video card to test?

The U3415W OSD (On Screen Display) - Display - DP 1.2 is enabled?

Read through this.

The latest driver for Windows 7/8/8.1/10 is here.

My setup is 7850 mDP out and U3415W DP in.

Previously I were enabled the DP 1.2 and based on the link provided I have turn off the DP 1.2.

But I'm confuse why would my system doens't support the usage of DP 1.2 as my graphic card is supporting it.

If the manufacturer states the video card hardware supports DP 1.2, then it is video card driver related. You may need to test several video card drivers starting with the latest, then going back to older ones.
