U3415W, not finding source after sleep, off, screen saver
Hi,
On Windows 10, the screen is set to turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity. When waking back up by touching the keyboard or mouse, the U3415W doesn't show anything unless I manually re-select the Input Source, which is tedious and annoying. This issue was introduced last year and wasn't here before. What might be the resolution?
Best regards,
Shimmy

Our users will need more data before they can assist =
* What PC model?
* What video card?
* What operating system?
* List everything plugged into the U3415W
* Factory Reset the U3415W in Menu- Others and retest

Hi,
After the computer wakes from sleep or after screen has been turned off for a while, the screen shows its now signal error and fails to automatically discover signal coming from HDMI source.
I'll have to turn the screen off and on, or re-select the HDMI source again for it to explicitly find the correct source.
Best regards,
Shimmy

Hi Chris and thanks for your quick reply,
HDMI connection directly to screen using onboard connection, no other devices are plugged.
Factory reset didn't resolve the issue.
