U3419W, backlight bleeding

I've purchased dell monitor U3419W from Dell reseller in 15 days ago in Belarus. After some tests I've noticed huge light bleeding : https://imgur.com/a/4gYJ4ku

I brought the monitor to the reseller. They sent it to official Dell service to Moscow, Russia. Dell service accepted that monitor backlight bleeding was a manufacturing defect and after 13 days I got new monitor. But the new one has the same problem(a bit less light bleeding, but in the right bottom corner backlight bleeding is still to huge :https://imgur.com/a/HOOgrCo

And yes the second photo was made in a bit darker room, but anyway backlight bleeding in the bottom right corner has just a clear white color, unlike 3 other corners with minor backlight bleeding that is quite fine. So can you tell me please is this still a manufacturing defect that dell will recognize as the reason to replace monitor?

No. Dell would not approve an exchange for this replacement U3419W. Both images show us that this U3419W passes our manufacturer specifications for overall uniformity.
