U3419W, getting firmware M3B112?

Dell U3419W

Dell U3419W

Hello,

I have an issue with my U3419W similar to what is described here

The monitor arrived with a firmware older than M3B107. I have upgraded to M3B107 which is the latest available to download and it did not help. I understand there is a newer firmware version M3B112, but I can not find it. I contacted the local Dell support in my home country but they are unaware of this version and unable to provide it.

The U3419W M3B112 firmware only corrected a specific issue, "U3419W, two PCs, one sleeps then does not wake up, monitor blank". Is that the specific issue you are facing?

I can't find now the post that I saw where the issue was exactly like mine. I am connecting a webcam to the monitor, so that I can connect the computer with a single usb-c cable and do not have to connect it to each device individually.

sometimes the camera simply goes off. this does not happen with the same camera when it is connected directly to the computer. when I disconnect and reconnect the camera from the monitor USB then it turns back on.

I also tried it with two different webcams: Logitech c270 and c670i and the behavior was the same for both.

also tried with different USB connections, at the back and the side of the monitor.
