U3421WE, mouse lag
- Hi, I'm using U3421WE monitor with different laptops, connected via USB-C. After some time of work I'm experiencing mouse pointer lag. Tried wireless and wired mice.
- Same problem with different mice.
- Same issue happens with 3 different laptops
- Monitor replacement didn't help
- Cable replacement didn't help
OS windows 10, windows 11
Any ideas?

Open the U3421WE Menu- Others. What firmware is listed? I see M2B105 on the drivers site. Is yours M2B105 or newer?
The U3421WE has four USB-A ports. Disconnect all USB devices from all four USB-A ports.
* Test a single wired mouse on all four USB-A ports while using both Laptops. Does the lag happen on all four USB-A ports?
* Disconnect the wired mouse. Test only the single wireless mouse transmitter in all four USB-A ports while using both Laptops.. Does the lag happen on all four USB-A ports?
