U4021QW, two PC KVM functionality not working
Hi,
I recently purchased U4021QW and below is my setup =
PC1 = Dell laptop connected with Thunderbolt
PC2 = HP laptop connected with DP + USB-A to USB-B
I have setup CTRL+ALT+DOWN as a hotkey for my USB switch.
When I am using PC1, I am able to switch to PC2 using the hotkey and all OK.
When I am using PC2, using the same hotkey switch nothing happen? Mouse and keyboard control still stays with PC2.
Any suggestion?
DDM version 1.56.0.2107 is installed on PC1.

You need to have DDM installed on both PCs, and configure both copies of DDM to hotkey over to the other PC.

PC1 is my personal laptop
PC2 is my company laptop
Is this mandatory as our company policy doesn't allow installing DDM on HP laptop ?

Your companies IT department should be able to "remote" into your HP laptop as the Admin and install DDM for you. Or ask your companies IT department if there is an online form that you can fill out with them to get "temporary" Admin rights so you can install DDM.
