U4025QW, DDPM, device not connected

I have installed the latest DDPM and all driver/firmware updates for my new 40" Ultrawide Curved Monitor (U4025QW), running on Windows 11 Pro, but when I start DDPM it says "no device connected". I click the "Connect" button but nothing happens. The monitor is connected to my laptop by HDMI and Lightning ports. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled DDPM and rebooted the laptop but still not detected.
