U4320Q, disable window/app latching?

every time i want to move a window or an app on the dell monitor U4320Q , there is always a window latching that shows up if i want to latch it to top or bottom or side of screen, but i do NOT want this! How do i disable this? i thought `ESC` button will do but it just wont go away

If you installed Dell Display Manager, open it and disable "Easy Arrange". If you didn't install it, go to Windows Settings > Multitasking and UNcheck "Snap windows".

@swamped207 "If you installed Dell Display Manager, open it and disable "Easy Arrange"."

How do I do that? I can't find the setting anywhere. And the video lag spike I get every time I start dragging a window is extremely annoying.

Edit: Never mind, finally found it. The option "Application Window Snap" in the Easy Arrange options enables/disables the whole thing. Not exactly an intuitive name.
