im having the same issue, I cant seem to reset the monitor.

* Do (3) HERE
* Then, if available from a computer video OUT ports, test ALL of the U4919DW video IN ports = HDMI1/HDMI2/DP/USB-C
* If out of warranty and (3) above does not bring it back to working with video IN ports, replace it
