U4919DW, flash error on firmware update

Hello,

I am unable to update firmware on my Dell U4919DW (current: M2B103). I’ve followed all official instructions, used USB-B, power-cycled the monitor, and attempted updates with M2B103, M2B102, and M2B109. All result in a consistent Flash Erase Error, even on different machines and cables. The update utility connects but fails during the flash erase phase. I believe the internal flash memory may be corrupted or locked. Can you please assist with a recovery tool, service option, or RMA?
