U4919DW, MacBook M1, non-supported longer cable

I've recently got a MacBook M1 from work. Since their usb ports are on the left the Dell provided cable doesn't quite reach. I have then proceeded and bought several USBC 3.1 Gen 2 cables, and all seem to have the same problem. All cables support at least 10gbps transfer rate 100W power and 4K60hz.

I am pretty sure that the Dell monitor USB hub just randomly shorts but only when using longer cables. The cable that came in the box works without a problem, it just lacks in the length department. I only need one maybe around 1.5

Now my question is as follow, is there a slightly longer Dell cable I can purchase? If not is there one supported/recommended by Dell? Or is there anything I am doing wrong?

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

The U4919DW was only tested/validated by Dell with the 1m/3.2ft USB Type-C to C cable due to the bandwidth needed for 5K 5120x1440 60Hz.

Wouldn't it be simpler to move the MacBook M1 to the right side of the U4919DW situating the MacBook M1 left side Thunderbolt ports closer to the U4919DW?
